Dedication to the clients and customers I encounter and the ability to exceed their expectations of me through selfless service, hard work, and honesty has been the foundation of my Sales business for over 20 years now.

Starting my sales career in the medical profession, I was fortunate enough to lead the Nation in sales for a Fortune 500 company, also winning numerous incentive trips around the world.  Exploring Japan, England and Europe, the Bahamas, and Hawaii several times has given me insight into many different cultures and life perspectives.

This experience allowed me to gain valuable skills that I could implement as a local trainer, regional trainer, and ultimately a national trainer for this Fortune 500 Company.  This led me to my current career as a Trusted Real Estate Advisor.

I then had the opportunity to work with a leading National luxury homebuilder, where I worked with families on the purchase and building of their new homes, ranging from $500k to well over $1mm.  In this role, I worked closely with the construction manager to oversee the home’s construction from foundation to the handing over of keys to a happy family.  This allowed me to gain a very good level of knowledge of home construction.    

Having a successful profession in sales, I understand the dynamics of working Smarter, not harder. I bring this same philosophy to my Real Estate business in North Idaho. You can expect from me to be heard; I actually do listen to what my clients are saying, I do return phone calls and emails in a prompt manner, I am skilled in negotiations, and am very knowledgeable in the matters of real estate.
